DDD Services (New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities)
Through New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), MPATH Assistive Care NJ offers personalized support that helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Our team assists with daily routines, community activities, and skill-building—empowering each person to thrive with compassion and understanding.
Housekeeping & Home Support
Our caregivers help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home so clients can focus on their health and peace of mind. Services include light cleaning, laundry, organizing, and meal prep support—all delivered with respect and attention to detail.
Community & Escort Assistance
While MPATH Assistive Care does not provide transportation, caregivers can accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community events through approved transport services. We offer comfort, safety, and peace of mind throughout each outing.
Meal Assistance
We help with light meal prep, serving, and cleanup, ensuring each client enjoys nutritious, balanced meals suited to their needs. Our caregivers focus on comfort, safety, and independence while supporting healthy routines at home.
Mobility & Safety Support
Our caregivers provide gentle supervision and assistance with safe transfers, walking, and positioning to help prevent falls. We focus on building confidence, maintaining mobility, and ensuring safety during daily movement.
